Ella had fabulous day last Thursday with the twins. She spent the early morning in her PJs with the twins having breakfast, jumping and driving their cats crazy. After I did my errands, we picked up the kids and took them to ArtBeast where they spent a good amount of time playing with. . . . bird seeds.

Ella loves field service, Sunday meetings and eating out with the friends. She spent her Friday morning out in field service with Sabrina, Minty and Lindsey. We were able to do return visits and then a whole block door to door. To my surprise, she clung on to Lindsey and Sabrina the entire time and loved every second of it. My heart just melted watching her hold their hands.

After our special talk, we had a late lunch at Spaghetti Factory with a few friends from Capitol. E had a blast when she came in during dessert. Chased Ethan, Isaac and Jack around - all you could hear was laughter.

E spent yesterday morning and afternoon with her new favorite babysitters the William's girls. Janet, Sophia and Gabriella all had a blast with E. She especially loved spending time with Gabriella. I didn't have my phone on me so I missed getting video clips of them laughing and playing together. Just too cute. Both kids went down for their naps as usual (thanks to mama Janet for keeping their routine!) and I came home to happy rested kids ;)

This past Friday we went down to Brian's office to support him on his Harlam Shake video. E got dressed up with wings and a princess crown. Liam wore his Tiger outfit. The kids are toward the end.
We are officially members of Fairytale Town! What a fun morning with Claire, Andrew and Cameron. E got to spend a few hours chasing the kids, eating lots of snacks, and learning to go down the slide on her own. Kana said E spent the afternoon going down her slide like a pro! I'll have to get a video clip of it. So glad she is finally loving her slide.

We checked out the ArtBeast Studio on K and 22nd this past Monday - E loved it! ArtBeast turned an old two-story house with a basement into a big play house for kids to do a variety of crafts, music exploration and play areas. We didn't check out everything but got to enjoy a few of their crafts and a class.

E is such a good big sister. As we were waiting for our friends, E decides to go up to the stroller where Liam is sitting and make her baby brother smile. She's touching his feet underneath the blanket, talking to him, showing him his toys, and loves seeing him smile. Liam laughs at one point and E loved it. She decides to use the blanket and play peek-a-boo with him.

I can't believe how good of a big sister she is. She still enjoys giving Liam a bath and helping him with his toys and feeding.
"Be careful of what you do in front of any child as they tend to learn by example" - this includes cleaning, how you clean your face, what you use spoons for, and so much more! I have to watch how I do things as I have a little copy cat following me around.
I found E next to a puddle of water (she spilled her water) a few days ago. When I walked in I asked her to get a towel and clean up. She runs to the cabinet, grabs a towel, runs back, throws the towel on the floor and proceeds to wipe the water using her foot. I kid you not.

E has found a new joy - taking the dogs for a short walk around the neighborhood. We have incorporated a new routine to our afternoon activities after they wake up from their naps. Usually we play, crafts, sing, or read but with the weather being nice around 4pm we take a few minutes to walk the dogs.

Yesterday was one of those days where I am utterly so happy to have a daughter and son. Getting them dressed for Memorial was so much fun I had to hold back the tears as time is going by too fast. I treasure every moment with my kids and ;HATE every second I am away from them. I want E to stay this age.

E explored the Sacramento Children's Museum this morning with Claire and had a blast. We are a big fan and will be coming back often as a new member! With storytime on Tuesdays, baby yoga on Wednesdays and music class on Friday - what's not to love :D
Airways and playhouse:
This area has a train table, a unique airway device that pushes balls through an air vent, a child size play house with a kitchen, bed, and lots more. We didn't even get to explore the farmer's market during this visit.

Baby Bloomers:
We love this area and will be coming back to let Liam enjoy this area more. E played with Claire and Tien while Liam had breakfast. Everything in here is age appropriate (3 and under) and you can't help but feel like all the toddlers are having a good time. The next time we come I want to see E ride the horse. ;)

Waterways:
Who loves the water? E and Claire do. I really like how they have protective wear for all the kids so you don't feel bad if they splash around (because they will!).

Art Studio:
Crafts, paints and lots of children running around. With spring break on its way, tons of kids were making use of the museum and its activities.

We dedicate most Saturday mornings to field service and E loves it! This past Saturday, she enjoyed her time with Gabriella, Isaac and Jack. Can't believe how much she has grown socially. I wonder if she'll be sad when the track work is done and she no longer has the opportunity to put tracks underneath door mats.

We spent our Friday morning hanging out with Ailah and Granny Sheryl. :) The West Sac Bounce house and Round Table is always a blast with our friends! E had a good time playing with Liam in the ball area, going down the slide, climbing, and playing ball. We love our play time together.

Kids learn how to play by watching other kids or people play. Today, E learned to roll and lay on the balls. A little boy came into the ball area and started to do all sorts of fun things (rolling, splashing, etc)...E watched intently and picked up on it quick!

We finally figured out the best way to Skype with E - during her bath! Typically she will want to Skype but ends up wanting to end the call so she can play with the iPad. With our new system in place, we can enjoying talking to our family :)

E is back at it and wants to do everything for her baby brother. As I am feeding Liam, she runs over, shouts for me to get off the chair, and tries to climb on. I pull her up, sit her in my seat, give her the spoon and she knows exactly what to do.

We had a full house - Michael, Mayelle & M and Ong & Ba. While Mayelle went to work, the rest of us enjoyed the park and library. E and M really loved their visit to the park this morning as they couldn't stop laughing while on the swings. You can see their different personalities as M explores and E stays close to me. M is one busy bee!
