Traveling with Ella:
1) Having a dirty diaper while in flight is not fun. Having one that leaks and gets everywhere is miserable.
2) Five hour flights aren't as bad as I thought it would be.
3) Remind myself to pack Ella's birth certificate.
Ella was a rockstar on the plane. Slept a good amount and only fussed to change her diaper and fed. As we were exiting the plane, a passenger next to us was kind enough to tell us how good Ella did and how we did great (thumbs up!). That reassured us that Ella was a good baby to travel with.
Grandma Choi and Aunt Jennie picked us up from the airport. Ella smiled as Jennie held her and Grandma told her how beautiful she is. We made a quick visit to Uncle Jason at the Audi dealership around the corner. And then had lunch a Korean restaurant (Soul Garden?). The waiter was fascinated by Ella's hair and enjoyed carrying her. Another waitress did then same thing! After we stuff our belly we headed for home to rest.
Ella was cranky as she did not get her afternoon nap - - she needs her long naps! Man was I tired. Brian gave her a bath and it didn't go well as she screamed the entire time ;(. Poor thing, she seems to dislike bath time with daddy. We'll have to fix that.
At least Ella is keeping to her sleep schedule as she wanted to sleep about 9ish and passed out about 10pm (7pm Hawaii time). I guess I'll be waking up about 3 tonight.
