Friday - September 16, 2011

So Ella must like to punish me when she doesn't get her long afternoon nap because she woke up this morning at 4:00am and didn't go back to sleep until about 5:30am.  Though she wasn't crying when she woke up, she was talking up a storm.  I thought maybe it was because she was cold? or possibly a wet diaper?  No clue what the reason was but man am I tired.  I am so looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.


Morning & Afternoon Activities:  We didn't leave the house until about 9am (Ella slept until 8:30am).  Besides a 15 minute power nap, Ella just played with Leslie until about 1:15pm when she went down for her long afternoon nap. She was awoken at 2:55pm by the Defty's (they just returned from Reno) but she fell back asleep (thank goodness).  She slept until about 4:15pm.  She did great on the car ride home.

Evening Activities: Who enjoys her stroller?  Ella does.  Our stroller has been broken for about a month and the company just sent us the replacement.  Woohoo!  After a few minutes of setting it up, Ella got to take a ride in it.  I think she enjoys the stroller with the bassinet vs. the car seat.
