Tuesday - August 2, 2011

Ella went to bed late last night (10:45pm to 5:30am) and it didn't phase her.  Ella did do something new this morning.  She was able to turn herself 90 degrees clockwise!  I found her sucking her hand, turned, and her right foot caught in the side railing of the crib.  Scary stuff.  So it begins. . . now I won't be able to leave her alone and make sure she's secured with pillows. It won't be long before she'll be able to turn on her stomach.

Dirty Diapers:
Until you become a parent, you don't truly understand the joy of finding a dirty diaper.  ;)  Ella didn't give us a dirty diaper yesterday but she made up for it today!  The first dirty diaper wasn't too bad.  But the second, it was never ending.  I ended changing her diaper three times as she keep going.


Afternoon Activities: We ended up not going into the office and worked from home instead.  Which was super nice as Ella got to enjoy mommy time!

On our way to meeting, Ella didn't cry at all BUT she was pretty fussy during meeting.  She did good on the car ride home though which was nice.  While Brian was doing his work out, I had Ella sit on the sofa to watch.  Dexter and Claire wanted to watch too!
